Steps to self Care

I saw this is one of many news feed and added my little spin to it and  wanted to share it with you all.

1. If it feels wrong, do it : I know that this seems simple but its one of the hardest things to do because sometimes the heart and mind battle with the knowledge of knowing what's wrong and not doing it.

2. Say "exactly" what you mean : At times we are so consumed with saying the right thing that we dont say anything at all. I challenge you to put your fears and political correctness away and say what you feel, politely of course

3.Don't be a people pleaser :  People that care about you don't need pleasing they are pleased when you are being yourself.

4.Trust your instincts: As simple as that

6.Never speak bad about yourself: You are what you speak into existence , so the next you speak of yourself, speak of your greatness, your kind nature and your success

7.Never give up on your dreams : As long as you are still breathing , then your dreams are still possible. Get them done
8.Don't be afraid to say "NO"

9. Don't be afraid to say "YES"

10. Be kind to yourself : Last year I started a tradition of giving myself at least two "ME" days of month, where I spend the day with no phone, no people just completing loving on and reconnecting with myself because in the end the person that's looking back at you in the mirror is who you have to please.

11.Let go of what you can't control : Sometimes LIFE happens and its not nothing we can do to stop it, so stop trying and just LIVE

12.Stay away from drama and negativity as much as possible
